55LEGAL has a long standing experience in legal affairs of operational businesses from diverse industries, including Luxembourg’s thriving financial sector. The founding partner’s former role as general counsel and business leader within a major Luxembourg commercial group adds a real-life understanding of senior management’s legal and commercial agendas. We act as external general counsel to operational companies with a “one-stop-shop” approach, offering both advice and introduction to specialty lawyers and other consultants where needed, delivering a coordinated and streamlined approach to each project.
